———• Viewing photographic pages at 'Full Screen' is a much more enjoyable experience because it makes the most of the viewing area of your screen. The simplest way to switch to Full Screen is to press the F11 key in the top row of your keyboard. Your Address Bar and Favorites temporarily reappear when you move your curser to the top edge of the screen. To return to a normal browser window, click F11 again, or move your mouse pointer to the top edge of the screen to make the browser menu bars visible. There you can click on the Restore Button 
to return to a normal browser window.

• Your internet viewing experience will be much improved if your monitor is reasonably well adjusted. Use your monitor's contrast and brightness controls to adjust your screen so that you can see 27 distinct rectangles in the bar below, from black on the far left, through the range of greys, to white on the far right.
You should also be able to see three shades of very dark grey in the left bar below and three shades of light grey in the right bar. A black square should also be visible between the two bars.
